"Yes...and no," John admitted, honestly, unaware of the potential land mine he was wandering into. "You may not have noticed, but I'm not exactly the nicest of people at times. The rush of power, and...these people, knowing they were safe enough, but still just scared enough to make it fun." He cleared his throat and looked down at the carpet: "And it was easier doing it to people than admitting sometimes I wanted them to do it to me."
