Bobby scoffed as he dug into the food. "Who would I snitch to?" he asked between bites, grinning. "As for plans, I don't really have any." And yeah, he probably should get to know the city better, but...his plans for the weekend depended on what John's were, at this point. Because he wanted to get to know him better, too.
His gaze followed John's as he looked to the fire, just in time to see the glowing embers jump up into a warm, roaring fire. He smiled to himself, thinking how nice it was that they could be themselves here, even if nowhere else. Also, it was kind of hot, watching John kindle the flames with a mere glance. He wondered if John felt the same way when he watched Bobby use his powers, or if it was just him.
